2. Service Description
JEE Counsellor provides college prediction tools, college information, and counselling guidance for JoSAA and CSAB processes. Our predictions are based on historical data and are for guidance purposes only. We do not guarantee admission to any institution.
3. Disclaimer
JEE Counsellor is NOT affiliated with JoSAA, CSAB, NTA, or any government body. All predictions are based on publicly available data from previous years. Actual cutoffs may vary and we cannot be held responsible for admission decisions based on our predictions.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment & Refunds
Premium passes are one-time payments with 6-month validity. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be processed. To request a refund, contact us at support@jeecounsellor.in.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on JEE Counsellor, including text, design, code, and data compilation, is owned by JEE Counsellor. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
JEE Counsellor is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
